Ability Management Solutions was founded in March 2018.  I have over 10 years of claims management experience and I am a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) with international accreditation.   My passion for disability management allows me to focus on my clients "abilities" and "capabilities" not their disability.

Making sure Injured Workers of Alberta are represented independently and in an unbiased and fair manner.  I will review your WCB Alberta claim file(s) to ensure all medical conditions, entitlements, and benefits have been recognized and accepted by the WCB in accordance with their policies and the WCB Act. 

Signature representation at all levels of appeal which include Customer Service, DRDRB, and Appeals Commission regardless of complexity, severity, or age of the claim.

My Goals

I endeavor to facilitate change within the Workers Compensation Board (WCB Alberta) by working collaboratively to create change and positive outcomes for all injured workers

Accountability

Ensure the WCB is accountable to their priorities statement which includes: fairness, return-to-work model, prevention, and financial suitability

Burden Ease

Lessen the burden and stress for the injured worker by managing their claim and being the first point of contact to the WCB

Education

Educate injured workers on their rights, responsibilities, and entitlements through the WCB process​
