• Completion and submission of WCB paperwork to establish your claim;
• Provide ongoing case management of new and/or current claims;
• Review past claims for missed entitlements.

• Review adjudicated decisions within the 1 year time limit of when the decision was made;
• Review of all decisions and ensure all entitlements have been awarded per WCB policies;
• Represent you at the DRDRB and Appeals Commission hearing.
