 My Services - WORKERAbility

As every case varies in its complexity, my first priority is providing the services you deserve! Meaning pricing and payment structures can be customized from time to time, including the potential for monthly payment plans.

Case Management of Claims

$150 per month (plus GST)

And

Contingency Fees for Recovery of Funds
  • 25% + GST up to and including the Dispute Resolution Decision Review Board (DRDRB); OR
  • 30% + GST upon the Appeal Commission (AC) Decision

Claim File Review

  • $50 (plus GST) 
    Please Note:  If after review of your claim file we are able to represent you, we will credit the $50 claim file review fee off the initial client fee.

Other Fees

Please note there may be exceptions to the regular monthly fee pending on a case by case basis.  You will be advised of any additional fees after the telephone consultation.

​Establishing a New WCB Claim

$200 (plus GST) for regular/non-complex claims
$300 (plus GST) for complex/progressive injury claims
PLEASE NOTE:  We offer an initial FREE telephone and/or in person consultation.
