I have extensive claims management experience working for both Employers and Injured Workers case managing Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability & WCB claims.  I have experience reviewing claim files for missed entitlements & accepted conditions as well as appealing decisions using my excellent skills of policy interpretation.  My experience ranges from the first level of appeal (Case Manager) right through to the Appeals Commission.

My well-rounded experience on both the Employer and Injured Workers side of a claim combined with being a fully Certified Disability Management Professional (International Accreditation) allows for your claim to be looked at holistically and adhered to according to disability management guidelines.
