It has been a very challenging year for many given the pandemic, job losses and economy. With those challenges, comes other challenges that affect people's personal life. My wish for all of you this holiday season is to take the time to reflect on all the positives and cherish the time we will have with those that matter the most - our immediate family. Take the time to use technology and reach out to extended family and friends this holiday season whether it be by phone or video and this year make it the "new" normal. You never know how that one phone call or video chat can make that person's Christmas extra special. It has been my utmost pleasure representing and getting to know each and every one of my clients. I look forward to many more successes in 2021 and making a difference in the lives of you, the injured worker. Wishing all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
